NABR has learned that the USDA will be issuing a notice Monday Nov. 2, 2009 that facility inspection reports will be officially posted on their website commencing Dec. 2, 2009. In 2005, NABR worked closely with the USDA to ensure the redaction of signatures on inspection reports. In the future, your inspections reports will generally be posted 21 days after they are finalized. Henceforth, NABR encourages you to effectively manage your inspections and appeal citations that you believe are not supported by the regulatory requirements. NABR will be providing additional information on managing the inspection process in the near future.
